1. Seymour Duncan TB-4(JB) / Fender Hot-Noiseless / Fender Hot- Noiseless
2. Seymour Duncan TB-6 Duncan Distortion / Fender Hot-Noiseless / Fender Hot-Noiseless
3. Seymour Duncan TB-4(JB) / Fender Vintage-Noiseless / Fender Vintage-Noiseless

if I want to put two Seymour Duncan Hot pickup rail (neck and middle)
what humbucker pickup is suitable for bridge position...?

#3. The reason I say this is because all these pickups were modeled around Jeff Beck and therefore, there would be no tonal incompatibility issues one to the other except for the volume of the bridge pickup. Don't forget to use 250K pots.

If you plan on the Duncan Hot Rails, I'd go with the TB-6. Here too, yet leaving Jeff Beck out of the equation, there would be no tonal incompatibility issues one to the other except for the volume of the bridge pickup. You would have a pot resistance value conflict though. The TB-6 should have a 500K pot whereas the Hot Rails should have a 250K.

I have a hot rails in the bridge with the vintage noiseless in the neck and middle. I think they are a great combo. I do have to keep the hot rails pretty flush to the scratch plate, to keep the volumes hops between pickups to a minimum. But it doesn't lessen the potency of the hot rails.

On the pots: I’ve a strong opinion that the vintage noiseless require the factory original pots of 1mg vol and two 500k tones. I’ve wired and tried them with 250k, and did not like them at all- they sounded much too muffled to me. More so, with the strong midrange and bass of the hot rails, this pot configuration makes them much more balanced, to my ears, having more treble. (When people complain about the hot rails being too muddy when clean, I think it is because they are throwing them in with standard strat tone pots-250k.)

My suggestions are based on my experiences to which I always say, "Your mileage may vary" and this is a perfect example. I always say this to the individual player too, it is YOUR guitar and what works best for YOU overrides anything and everything else.

One of the great things about switching around pot values is the fact that it is a 'non-invasive' procedure which can be experimented with until the guitar's owner has found that perfect balance for his or her self.

thanks for the comment...
I finally put Seymour Duncan TB-4/JB and 2 Fender Vintage Noiseless (mid and neck) in Siena Sunburst Fender Stratocaster 2011
I use a 500k (push/pull) volume pot for master volume

I think the sound that produced very good when compared to some of the Fender Stratocaster that I have (Fender FSR Stratocaster HSS 2010 & Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster HSS 2010)

even in my opinion, it sounds better when compared to Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster HSS 2010 that uses Atomic humbucker and N3 noiseless
