im planning to get new humbuckers for my MIM strat and 2 singles. which humbucker should i get?
or i might change my mind and just go with all 3 single coils.
i want type of single coils that gets medium/high level of distortion but not too much treble. any suggestions on pickups?

for humbucker, i would like a pickup that has high distortion with medium treble.

i prefer seymours

Pickups won't get you distortion. That's what your amp/pedals are for. The most you could ask for are pickups that enhance a certain range of the tonal spectrum. More or less bass, mids, treble. The Seymour Duncan website does a good job explaining what each of their pickups is good for.

The only exception to the "pickups don't distort" rule, to my knowledge, are the SD LiveWire pickups. They're active pickups (powered pickups needing a battery) and are super high output to the point of being able to distort the signal.
