They are on my short list of mail order. Them and Elderly. The only problem with these two places is the fact they are small. So they don't always have everything in stock. The one thing I do like about Elderly over Sweetwater is I can call and talk to a guy on the sales floor about a used item. Or when i was trying to find a case for my odd sized acoustic (small body with a dreadnought scale) Elderly took one off the rack to see which case it fit in. turns out it was not the case they thought it was.

I compare prices and often they will match the competition.
They also have free shipping and give you that extra two
year warranty on many items.

Their 500+ page Pro Gear catalogs are amazing!!!

Yes, HUGE catalog!

I recently bought strings and was overwhelmed by their phone calls and follow up emails to make sure I liked the strings!

I haven't installed them yet.

I too, like their gallery allowing you to see which guitar you'll get. That touch I wish all outlets did.

Don't be afraid to tell your sales engineer if he's pestering you too much.
I've done that a couple of times. Now that they have their own YouTube channel,
it's another way to see and hear their 'stuff'.
