He's asking $1200.00.
I think it's a little high.

I would agree that $1,200 is a bit high - this isn't the 50th Anniversary American Deluxe Strat as that was 2-color burst with gold hardware. It is just a "regular" 2004 American Deluxe Strat so it (like all 2004 American Deluxes and American Series) has that "50th Anniversary of the Stratocaster" logo on the neck plate. I would say $1K would be more like it, and depending on condition I've seen American Deluxes as low as $800.

I agree. I'd pay $1K and no more. I'm sure that it's a nice guitar, he's asking for what he probibly paid the guitar new.
