Post subject: string height on fender stratocaster

hi first time on fenders q&a i was given a used fender strat fo xmas tremelo is ahard tail the problem is that the string action is too high how do i fix that?????? thanks 8)

Take the guitar to an authorized Fender dealer and have setup done on it.

Putting a Tremol-No on will not lower the action.

Especially a Tremel-no on a hard tail :)

If you don't know how to do this yourself, then you should probably have it done, but you can simply lower each of the bridge saddles with a small hex wrench.
