someone needs to email Brad the trolls are back on this thread in using the names TormentaFuego and Ice Man. I can't do it right now as this server at this hotel in the Grand Canyon will not let me email out for some reason. I just do not get this guy...I try to give him a chance to be "normal," and interact with something that has content. These the grade school antics are pretty immature.

Brad knows. In any case, I'll remind him.

I've found this thread very interesting and informative (apart from the trolling) and it encouraged me to join the forum. I admire the work you're doing on those guitars Xhefri. Keep it up - don't let the buggers (Rain Man et al) grind you down !!

Idiot, just checked your Profile...
How come it hasn't got $@!&#*% on it?...
I don't really care what guitars you have, I don't even know if yours are fake or real, I don't really give a s hit.
Just stop posting your mindless drivel, be at least constructive.

Hi MT,

Responding to this idiot is exactly what he wants. Its sad and pathetic that they have little else to do with their time. I don't know why they have it in for Xhefri, but I think they should eventually get bored and move on when they see that people aren't interested in their bile.

Brad has been notified.

Understandable.

They should be removed soon (with any luck). However, I think this whole episode poses questions about how individuals can re-join and pick up where they left off.

But, moving quickly back to the REAL topic of this thread - the Icestorm Plus. I've read that there may have been more than one instrument in this colour. Does anyone know if there were others in different colours? Do you think an Icestorm Ultra was ever produced and is waiting to be uncovered under someone's bed?

I'm still on the lookout for one in the UK/Ireland and came across a local company who can do custom paint jobs on strat bodies. I'm nearly at the point of placing and order with them for a fire/ice/other-storm body just to have a guitar I like the look of. The link below shows what they've done with a tele body:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/THE-FIRESTORM ... 500wt_1202

For members with a more critical eye than me, are there any issues you can see with their work?

Cheers

looks like Brad took care of the trolls again. You do bring out a very good point. How can a forum block specific IP address' to simply stop them from coming back a third time? And I am wondering how long before they (he) returns to pickup where he left off. So nuts! Sme people are crazy or they have big egos that need to be fed but schoolyard antics.

Yes, Rain Man has been banned and his posts deleted. Still trying to get Brad to dump TormentaFuego who is the same person. He keeps coming back using different IP addresses, which makes it hard for Brad to do anything. It is up to the regular forum users to keep an eye out for this guy and report him to Brad by sending an e-mail to ForumAdmin@Fender.com. The guy is pretty easy to spot.

Edit: Just checked. All of TormentaFuego's posts have been deleted, but he has not been banned .... yet.
