Ok guys finally did a string changeout and nut file with lube and she does not hang up anymore using the whammy and stays in pretty good tune now, thank You Jesus!

Now while changing the strings I went ahead and opened the wiring cavity and scoped it.
I am not sure what pups these are considering the number is supposedly just a part # for the plastic?
You guys take a look at these pups and whoever guess right wins

It's the standard pickup production number.
It doesn't say which model it is but it tells you that the PU is made by Fender.

I've NEVER seen SCREWS on the bottom of a pickup like with yours.
Are they supposed to increase the magnetic field or do they just prevent the PUs from falling apart?????

Very strange! Anybody else ever seen this??????

I thought the Deluxe Player's Strat had Vintage Noiseless pickups?

My original 1989 American Standard Strat pickups had that same part #, 016730. However, that is just the part # for the black plastic bobbin, not the entire pickup.

Well I can tell You,these pups are not noiseless, they def.have a hum and they have big time sustain just as good if not better than my PRS

I have some with the same part # (yeah, I know, it's the bobbin part#) but the poles are staggered. White and black wires on pickup and bridge and black and red on the middle. Any clue or could this be a number of different pickups made by Fender?

Your guitar is actually a Deluxe Super Strat (predecessor to the Deluxe Player). It appears that the guitar was made at least through 2003. This guitar does not have VN's, but rather used a modified version of the American Standard pickups (the Deluxe Powerhouse Strat also utilized modified Amer. Std. pups in conjunction with a dummy coil). The Super Strat also had a 9.5" neck radius vs. the 12" of the Deluxe Player.

With the advent of the Delta Tone System, the bridge pickup on the American Standard Strat and Tele was wound slightly hotter and there was also the addition of two screws on the pick up bases. This was supposed to effectively function as a base plate and in conjunction with the slightly overwound pickup provide increased output and better bass response. It looks like this Delta Tone bridge pick up has been applied to the middle and neck positions of the Super Strat (although I have to wonder why the bridge pickup doesn't seem to have this). The pickups as applied to the Deluxe Super Strat are called "Super Fat Strat pickups".

Even more specifically, the screws slightly increase the inductance of the pickup.

Google "iron core inductor" for more information.
