Hi Russ I have 2 MIM Strats and an MIM Tele dating from 2000 to 2010 and all of them are brilliant guitars,I'd have absolutely no qualms about buying another-go for it!

Thanks Guitslinger I pulled it and I am enjoying it,although the nut binds a little bit so I will be replacing it and probably locking tuners too
