Mad House Designs (MHD), the owner and winders name is Rayne. I have 2 sets of his pups, he can do anything to exact specs that you are looking for. The 2 sets that I have are hot buckers, but he also does vintage singles. You can find him on the Marshall forum most of the time. Good luck!

I bought a set of his Vintage 54s a couple of months ago and they are my favorites,and I've tried Fralins,Lollars,Kleins,and Van Zandts (my 2nd favorite).

I'm not very familiar with aftermarcket pickups, but I just happen buy a '79 Strat that is fitted with some Van Zandt pickups. They sound amazing!

I also hear good things ab out Lindy Fralin pickups.
