Did fender make a U.S. strat in daphne blue in 1997? And what series would it be?

According to the Summer 1997 Fender Frontline I have (Merle Haggard on cover):-

The Custom Shop 60's Relic Strat was available in an optional custom colour of Daphne Blue.
