The STRAT, if for no other reason than the Flame Maple Neck...pretty rare on that model. Nice color and FMN...can't go wrong!

I thought at 1st glance that the Tele was a deluxe Nashville tele. After looking again I'm thinking it could either be that or a standard that has been modded.
The neck pick up isn't the typical chrome lipstick pick up, and I'm pretty sure the seymour duncan in the bridge isn't stock. I believe the deluxe Nashville had tex-mex pick ups.
Nothing wrong with mods as long as it's done as an improvement. But I'd be cautious that the non-original parts are authentic. For instance be sure it's not a cheap pick up with a Seymour Duncan cover, and that it has a 5-way switch to go with that additional middle pick up. And if the bridge had been removed to replace a pick up, then the authenticity of the body being original is also in question.
Any time I see something non-original, I keep an eye open for scams.

Someone please check me on this, as I'm only going on memory (which is rusty).

Thanks RRR I appreciate the heads up,I personally played this guitar and if the SD bridge pups are fake so be it because the sound that comes out of this guitar is unbelievable I instantly played better on this guitar like butter there is not a doubt in my mind that this is authentic Mim Fender tele.
Btw what to look for if I pull the bridge off a mex tele?

I wouldn't pull the bridge unless you plan on switching pick ups. If it sounds good then it's probably a real seymour duncan. Duncan's were popular for tha funky 80's tele sound.
On a typical Nashville tele, the center pick up would be a strat pick up.
If I were to check anything, I'd look under the pickguard to see if the middle pick up cavity was factory routed or done by a previous owner. If it isn't an original factory route, it will be self-evident.
If it plays well and sounds well, that's the main thing. The other stuff only matters for resale.
