Hey guys,

I just got my hands on a 2011 Jim Root Mahogany Strat Body. The problem is I can not find a Hardtail bridge or even better, just the Bridge plate for the guitar as I have some saddles I want to use. If the mounting holes line up then then it's the wrong string spacing and if the string spacing is right the mounting holes do not line up. I know I can fill and drill the mounting holes but I really do not want to do that.

Does anybody no the Fender Replacement Part # for the Chrome version of the Hardtail bridge that comes on the Jim Root Strat. or where I can get a bridge plate to fit it? The string spacing is 2 1/16 or around 52.5mm and it has 3 mounting holes are under the saddles and measure approx. 1 11/16 or 42.5mm.

Thanks

Gary

Hi glarose,

Try contacting Fender for the part number and/or source for the part.

Email seems to be hit or miss with many large companies, too many filters these days, email can get "lost" as spam or from other filters, or sometimes, at best it can take a few weeks to get an answer. It is much faster to call, that's what I do.
