I'm heading out of town this weekend, and I might pick up this strat while I'm there. The guy is going to send me some more pictures, but he says he's not exactly sure what the name of the color is. I was trying to ask if it was some sort of metallic blue, but he was just saying it wasn't any kind of "Metal Flake" color. I just think he didn't understand what I meant. He says it is a 2007 (he's going to confirm it when he sends me more pics). I'm thinking Electron Blue, but I've never seen it in person. Is it a metallic color, or just a solid color?

It looks to be a Standard Series MIM so "Electron Blue" looks to the right color. I thought Electron Blue was a metalflake color, but from the look of Frontline from '06/'07 it looks like it might be a very small flake to it so as to not look like such.

Of course better pics would most certainly help and of course the more information on the guitar itself would help narrow it down.

What time is it? It's Fender Time.

I have a 2000 MIM Strat that I have been told is "Midnight Blue". It does have a very slight metallic content and it appears purple under certain lighting conditions. It may be your color, but I don't know if this color was still offered in 2007.
