I will not move on.

I am preparing to take many more photos of a very large collection of real fenders in the firestorm finish.

I will also be taking several photos of the fake firestorm body in the same lighting and angles that Xhefri did with his.

Everyone can bash be as mush as they desire....

But eventually everyone will realize that I am indeed right.

The Guitar that Xhefri is so proudly displaying is an obvious fake.

and you david, have added nothing. no pictures, no evidence, nothing.
all you are doing is posting comment after comment about a subject that you obviously have NO knowledge of.

I have a principle I try to live by and it is this: "Never argue with a contentious person as they will just drag you down to their level and beat you through their years of experience."

So far on this thread I have showed my guitars close and far away, inside and out. Explained what I had when I got them, inspecting them inside and out (with detailed pictures). What has these two gentlemen showed? a few poorly lit pictures and a row of guitars on a sofa. (BTW the 4 guitar over look exactly like the Firestorm I had!) From the start I have been called every kind of unkind thing imaginable, been treated disrespectfully, and slandered. And they want me to post more so they can continue in their insults? I do not think so.

I work with mostly professional people. I am not use to this kind of childish behavior and will not lower myself to engage in this level of conversation. All that has been said is an assumption on their part, backed by charges that are full of unfounded or unprovable surmising.

Also I have asked questions that have gone unanswered. Like why did Greenheart (James) email me those lies about him supposedly knowing where there was a Icestorm Tele? Why did he fraud me into getting my personal phone number based on finding this Icestorm Tele just to end up harassing me? Why did he send me threatening emails which now he has closed that account for that email address?

These two men have been acting like criminals from the start. Why should I waste any more time on this? Just to entertain a few watchers? And if these guitars are fakes, why would I post so many pictures on the Fender Forum? Wouldn't that be dumb? Also why would I restore a guitar that was rubbed down with steel wool and car wax if I indeed was the one who painted it to start with? It just does not add up. I am happy to share this guys emails with any of you, just email me. I have nothing to hide. I have always tried to live honestly, treat people kindly, and share info about guitar on my website with no advertising (even though Google has contacted me asking me to do so).

And watch, again they will not answer any of these questions or explain why they did these fraudulent things. How can they be trusted when they already have proven themselves dishonest? And watch their childish answers. What a sad way to fulfill ones ego. They must be desperate for attention or something????

I know I will regret this....

...,Especially as I have never seen a Firestorm Strat or Tele anywhere else, except in various pictures.

I have to say that I kind of a see why the OP's strat could be a fake. Every other image of a firestorm fender that I have seen (with the exception of the announced fakes) have very similar darker tone on them. The one here as well as the body announced to be fake on the other hand (As well as the icestorm one in the other thread) have very similar pattern with "lighter" tone.

However I haven't seen any real evidence that the OP would be somehow involved in either promoting nor in conspiracy to sell these fakes. Which don't IMHO justify the level of harassment I see here.

It's also a sad fact that the behavior of some guy(s) here is such that I haven't seen anything like that since I stopped visiting some unmoderated forums mostly occupied by teenagers. One just can't take seriously much of anything that is written by such persons. Looks like a bit of venting after having bought a fake with some serious money maybe?

I'm truly surprised that the moderation allows this to continue, with the amount and level of personal attacks seen.

I almost hope that OP would be able to prove the strat to be a real thing after all.

And yes, I'm allready taking a few steps back to avoid the "firestrom" that no doubt will follow...

This guy has more multiple personalities than Sybil. Another brand new member that suddenly has to sound off here? I don't think so.

Hey ept, welcome to the Forum. This Forum is usually a pretty safe place with a lot of great guys sharing info and their guitars. From time to time we get some people who have agenda (such as in this case) and they end up getting a thread locked down or booted off. I contacted Brad, the Moderator for this Forum and he emailed me back today saying:

I'm on vacation, gents - will tend to this as soon as I'm able.

Thanks. I know, have been hanging around here without registering for some time and browse through the topics almost daily. This topic or actually how the thread turned out to be is probably not be best place to post as a forum newbie, but what's done is done.

I think Fender could use some volunteer moderators as a backup, though I do believe these kind of stuff doesn't really happen too often.

Cheers,
