Hello, one of my friends offered me a guitar. He sad from Japan 1991.
Today I've had a look on it. This guitar is in a bad condition. Another pickups, old strings e.t.c. There was no s/n on neck pocket, nothing on the body. The serial on the neck near the body was like burned, but acc. to the serials in the internet this guitar was build in the 1991-1992 in japan. But I'm afraid the body is a fake, or the guiatr is fake too. Can you please advise me. See the photos/ P.S. There was a plastic thing between body and neck connection on the last photo.

So many things wrong on that guitar, I don't even see any Fender parts.

Plus I've never seen a Fender body with the neck heel pocket painted over. And finally, those bridge saddles look very suspicious.
