I haven't been on these forums in a long time! And in that time, my poor Strat got rather neglected and sank to the bottom of the pile. Well a couple of months ago I decided to give it a little overhaul, and it's gone from this...

to this...

And it's now my go to guitar once more  I'm thinking I may build another similar Strat once I have the funding.

Yesterday I ended up buying this set for only $700. Best deal of the year!
Fender USA standard 1989. Bridgu pu replaced by a Seymour Duncan Hotrails. Also got the original bridge pu if I want to change it back to original Fender, but I love the Hotrails!
Hughes & Kettner ATS MKII, old but very nice sounding amp! Hard to find information of this amp. It's a 100watt combo. Clean transitor channel and two tube overdrive channels
And the pedals (All from the 80s):
Ibanez Compressor CP10
Ibanez WH10 (original one!!)
Boss Super Chorus
Aria Flanger.
My first and only strat! And I love it!

Pics:
On this pic the guitar looks pretty silver... which it's not!

Here you can see more of the actual color. It's a bit darker. I believe it's Inca Silver but it is more of a greenish color now.

Yes i'm happy and I love my new toys!

Cheers  It's very much based on the 80's super Strats that people like Gary Moore and Bruce Kulick were playing.
