I'm replacing the Trem with a steel block Wilkinson, New Switch, New Pots and Caps, and new wire. The old tremolo arm stripped out, so I figured while I have in on the table I might as well upgrade the electronics to American Strat stuff. The only thing I'm keeping is the little Button and the Noiseless Pickups. :)

$100 Craigslist find, a 1989 MIK Squier. I bought it from a guy who kept it in a hardshell case in storage its whole life.

And a $200 Craigslist find, a 2005 Sage Green Metallic MIM with Texas Specials. Yes, I bought it with the Texas Specials already installed. :)

Disclaimer: the tuners are NOT gold (Gold would look nice...), it was just the lighting.

Thanks blertles. It is nice but not really mint. close though. It has some marks and the rubber on the git stands its been on for many years has stained it a little. But its A great player. Thanks again I'll get some batteries for my camera and take some better pics. Its turned a nice curdled milk color over the 21 years I have had it. The funny part was I ordered it for my self as a birthday gift and I told the dealer I will take anything they have in the plus line as long as its not black, red or white. So I ended up with the off white. I don't remember what its called its not olympic and I don't think it was vintage as it was whiter(it was kind of an egg shell white) but either way I have enjoyed her a whole bunch. a december 88 neck and a february body and except for my putting the claw of an 87 american strat as I did not like the trem setter(I wood block) its stock.
