Here's a pic of me with my Strat....It's a Highway 1 that I added an Original Floyd Rose to:

....I'm not done modding it either...I'm wanna make it look like one of the Strats Mick Mars uses:

I take it Mick is one of your guitar heroes? Sorry if I ask a what you might consider a stupid question, but when you get your Strat just like his, will you also wear a red cowboy hat, shades and perform material anything like the Crue? I just wondered how far you planned on taking it.
BTW: It might help your fans if you printed out lyrics on your website. (I didn't notice any) As for one, I couldn't understand a word. I only had time to hear songs 1 & 2. Sorry again ... I'm just a 44+ year Pro and have a special appreciation for definition, especially in music. I have 2 sons (around 30+) who are both into the "ticked-off WWF style" front-man distorted stuff, so I know well from where I speak. (End Unseen) Besides, when I started out, songs like Louie, Louie and Stones tunes were a mumbled mess, so don't take offense, it's been a quirk of R&R for decades.
It's only an old dude's opinion, but I seriously think it would really help your career if you hooked up with a front man who can actually sing, just like Mick did.

Yes...Mick is one of my guitar heroes and the only reason I'm making my Strat look like his is because Fender doesn't have a signature model for him...Second if you're referring to the song on my website, I'm not the "singer" because I don't sing...I know what I'm good at and singing isn't it...I wouldn't even call him a singer....Just a band I used to play with and I was happy with how my guitar came out sounding on the recording...I prefer to do music more along the lines of Guns N' Roses, Motley Crue, Skid Row, etc...But when opportunities to tour nationally and get my name out come I take them....So I do agree with you...I also didn't post any lyrics because I didn't write them...Hope that explains a few things.

Sometimes we just need to see some classics on these pages. We don't see enough of them.

Damien:
Thanks for such an honest reply. Your explanation makes a lot of sense.
I've been around "a while"; more than long enough to tell from your photo and your physical stature that it was unlikely you were 'singing'. Any voice from you would have had a fuller tone. What I heard was weak, (as well as off-key) which is why I said what I did in the last line. Your guitar playing obviously has a lot of potential.... never give up, and broaden your horizons as much as possible. Listen to and glean from anything you can. Many hot guitarists have grabbed licks from sources you might never expect, such as sax or piano. Some steel players have incredible lines that just knock socks off. If your influences have no bounds, neither will your career. That's just my 2 cents. Good Luck and keep pluggin'!

here it is its not mine but it is my dads and its really nice he put the whole thing together himself but he has it locked up so this is the best pic i got of it[/url] and it has different pickups now than in this picture. the ones in this pic are just some old peavey pickups that he put in until his were delivered so now its all genuine fender 8)
