I have one of the 50th anniversary Lonestar Strats that is a lighter "sparkle" blue color with a pearloid pickguard, rosewood fretboard, Duncan Humbucker, & 2 Texas Special single pickups. What is the ACTUAL name of this color??? It's NOT seafoam. I know these guitars were only released for a short period and only in certain colors. Someone help, please!!!???

It's Surf Green Pearl, perhaps?

Can you post some photos, please?

I think it's too dark for surf pearl, maybe aqua marine...

That color would be Blue Agave. A nice shade of blue, and it has quite the vibe going with the blue G & G tweed case. Nice.

It is Teal Green Metallic. I don't recall that Blue Agave was ever offered on this model.......the part number for the body is 0056229545.

So far, greenstrat seems to have the upper hand on this one. Cool pic by the way!

Great looking Lonestar. I have the same year, but mine is white with tortoise pick guard. Love it. That color is way cool on yours. Like others said, great looking case too.

Blue Agave was a colour option for the MIM Standards produced between 2003 and 2006.

Chromeface wins the prize. I looked at the color charts I have and it really looked like Blue Agave, but went back to my catalogs, after Chromeface said Teal Green Metallic, and sure enough the Lone Star was only offered in Teal Green Metallic color code 45...along with 00 (3 Color Sunburst), 05 (Olympic White), 06 (Black), 09 (Candy Apple Red), 44 (Shoreline Gold)...by the way where did you get the part number? The catalog (1996, Volume 50, Number 1) lists the Part Number as 010-7900 for the Rosewood board US Lone Star, and 010-7902 for Maple Neck.

Amazing how Jimmy James' Teal Green Metallic doesn't look like the same color as the Lonestar pictured...guess that is why they have paint codes :!:

:D :D :D ....Well anyway, I'll add that lighting makes a difference. My Strat has a Caribbean Mist finish and from some angles, it looks a little like TGM (when I first saw ads for the Lone Star, I though that it was Caribbean Mist)...I even had one person tell me that from a distance, my guitar looked like her husband's LPB Strat. I found the part number at Fender Support, but I should mention the the number listed is actually not correct for the US Lone Star but its successor, the American Fat Strat Texas Special. The color (45) is the same however.

Great looking guitar, but I would change the subject name to, "Lonestar Strat color?"

I'm not aware of any 50th Anniversary Lonestars. Durring the year that your guitar was made, all Fender instruments got a little sticker that said, "50th Anniversary."

Really great color.
