My friend wants to buy a 60th ann strat MIM, it seem suspicious to me but I could be wrong.

1. Should the neck plate be stamp
2 Does it come with humbucker
3 The spring cover the screw are all center, my fender the screw on the right is a little highier than the one on the left.
4 the headstock and body same color with a kind of pearl pick guard.

I tried to goggle but can find a similar one, here's the link if you can click it.

The little badge on the back of the headstock should be there where it is. The pickguard and knobs are aftermarket. The HB could have come in any number of MIM strats.

The thing that actually I find odd is the painted headstock. These are fairly rare and I don't remember any MIM models in the last few years with a painted headstock. I had a 60th anniversary MIM strat and played a bunch that year as I was in the market for one and definitely didn't see any with a painted headstock.

This guitar has definitely been modded a bunch so it is hard to tell. The serial number seems to checkout.

You will find most strats made in 2006 carry that small badge on the headstock to celebrate the year. This does not mean it is an anniversay guitar. It is the sorce of much confusion. The mex 60th anni is the one pictured in blizzard pearl above. :D

It's not a 60th Anniversary Strat, just a Strat made in 2006. All Fender instruments durring that year have the little badge on the headstock.

MIM only came in Blizard Pearl (a Silver like color).
