So I recently purchased a 1981 Capri Orange Stratocaster. I paid $1500 for it and did not do enough research for it. I am looking to the fender community to help. I love the international series strats and am wondering if anyone can help!

leomiles, apart from clarifying just what you are after, to post pictures you need to click the Img icon above the text box when you compose the message. That will bring up [ img][ /img] (I've had to add spaces to make it show up). Take the info you copied from photobucket, paste it in the middle then delete all the stuff I have highlighted in red leaving only what is in black:

Capri Orange was offered as a part of the International Colour chart in 1980. Fender Japan produced vintage reissue guitars and basses in that finish during the late 1980s/early 1990s.

Recently the Custom Shop revived the International colour legacy with this Capri Orange '62 Strat Relic:



Surely this guitar is a Greg Fessler masterpiece, though I'm not as 100% certain.
