I would like to see an original 1973 Strat with a 22 fret neck.

The OP's Strat looks original (fuzzy pictures and all). The body has been sanded down, which could explain any deviation in contours. The body has two dowels (front and back) clearly visible in the picture -- further evidence of originality.

The skunk stripe with the rosewood fingerboard is a correct feature for this era.

Pictures of the pot and pickup codes would pin down the age.
