release new models?

Silly question maybe, but I've been thinking of getting an American Deluxe Strat but as I'm in no hurry I figured I might as well wait if new models are coming out in the beginning of 2012.

I'm wondering this myself. With next year being the 60th anniversary of the '52 Telecaster I'm hoping the Custom Shop will offer something like the '52 AVRI but with a 9.5" fingerboard radius and 6105 frets...

The NAMM show in January is usually a good place for Fender to announce what they have planned for the next 12 months so we shouldn't have to wait too long now/ Last eyar they announced the Tele-bration series of Telecasters.
