Probably one of the best strats Fender is making currently. The American Special Strat is ready to go off the rack practically.

Thanks! Yes, we owe it to Mr. Leo Fender. The strat is probably the most versatile electric guitar and very responsive to the player's playing dynamics.

Mine is two tone sunburst. I've got an American Deluxe tele and a Gibson Les Paul Traditional but it's the American Special that is my "go to" Guitar. I love it!

Love it! I agree with the American Special commentary. I have the same CAR, '09. By far the best sounding Strat I have ever owned... hands down.
IMHO, THE best Fender MIA bang for the buck.
