Post subject: Side dots on maple caps?

Did maple cap necks have side dots? If so, just at the 12th fret or was there one corresponding to each inlay dot?

Just curious, i'm hoping to order a new repro neck at some point.

Yes, they had a full set of side dots. They're installed the same way on 1-piece necks, necks with rosewood fretboards, and maple cap necks.
