Had been looking for an 80's guitar (long story) and found this so i pulled the trigger.

Its a bit scuffed, about 25 years old but in good nick. Pups sound real sweet. All part of a plan to own guitars i want to play, think 1 or 2 others will be going up for sale soon.

Anyway here she is.

Hard to tell from the picture, but what does the serial number start with? Is that a "K"??

Looks to be in great shape for a 25 year old axe. Awesome color combination and comes with a lot of built in mojo and vibe. Enjoy!

Thanks guys it is a sweet sounding guitar, kinda (to my ears at least) a cross between a vintage vibe with a slightly modern twist. Prob just my ears but anyway..............

It looks mint in the pics but it has been used, got the scuffs/dings etc lol.

Serial no starts E4 apparently thats a throwback to unused serial nos from when Fullerton closed. Lore says thats one way to know its an early Corona job along with 87 being written on the neck end apparently.

Plan to keep this one a long time. There might be a (jurys out) 2006 deluxe for sale sometime in the future :|

Very Nice, I have an just like it made June 1st 1987. Only thing is mine has a set of Custom Shop Texas Special pickups. If I could come across some originals I would pop them in in a heart beat. Nice score!!! What did you pay for it if I can ask???? Here is mine:

BTW these can really yellow with age if they have been exposed to much sunlight. Check out mine when i took it apart:
