Has anyone else taken advantage of the rebate, or planning to do so before year's end? I've been jonesing for a black-with-maple Strat for a couple years now and had decided to treat myself to one in 2012 for my 40th birthday. One hundred bucks off has convinced me to go for it now. Pics will follow, of course. :wink:

I got $50 off of the American Special HSS I just ordered... it was a big factor in my choice.

Yeah, I planned on an American Strat and Mexican Telecaster for next year, but because of the rebate and my 0% credit card I went for it a few weeks ago. I wish I would have done this years ago. Fender puts our a great guitar!

I plan on taking advantage of the rebate. I have my eye set on an American Standard Strat.

I haven't been able to combine any other discounts along with the rebate (GC & MF).
