pickup route on MIM Strat

What's the pickup route on the MIM Strats? I'm planning on purchasing one around christmas and replacing the neck PUP with either a Seymour Duncan '59 or Jazz Model (I don't know what kind of pickups to get, as I play in a highschool Jazz band and an Alternative Punk/Power Pop band and I don't know what would fit both styles)

Hi,
usually they're HSS (standard) or SSS (classic) as far as i remember, the Blacktop instead is pool routing (you can mount even 3 HB's if you want :mrgreen:

ah bummer, i was gonna make a double fat strat a la Rivers Cuomo in the 90's and early 00's

There are some that are swimming pool routed. Could almost make those HHH.... Look on Ebay, you'll find what you are looking for.
