I have a Limited Edition Stratocaster, Discussion Page 2000. It is Sea Foam Green, with matching colour Headstock and is #55 out of only 68 produced.
I am hugely interested in finding other guys who have such a guitar and if they have more information than myself?
I know little or nothing of it's purpose for production and indeed if 68 were atually made?

You should post this over on the discussion page that had the guitars built - fenderforum.com; they are an "unofficial" forum for people who love Fender guitars. That forum dates back to the late 1990s; these guitars were done well before Fender decided to start their own forum.

Some of the folks involved in doing that run (including the guy who owns and runs that board) are still over there and you should be able to do some searches to find the original threads from when they developed the run back in 2000.
