Post subject: John Mayer Neck date?

Hello, I have a John Mayer neck and I can't figure out the date. The date stamp is incomplete -- it says "Sep 22 20.." I do have the serial number from the hang tag, it's SE08598 and another number on the heel is 68940. I've looked at the Fender dating site, thy just don't go into detail with the Signature Edition Strats. Any ideas?
