He still hasn't answered my question.
Did the guitar exhibit these issues before the string change?
Before the tuner change?

I don't think it is a problem. Just need a complete set up

I'm cuing on the fact that the two non-wound strings are losing their tuning... the easiest ones to slip through the winder...

Not much else would affect just those two???

How many winds do you have on the locking tuners? Were the strings stretched good before playing? Was there a change in guages of the strings? Did you use something like graphite on the nut? Light lubercant on the saddles?

Strings can't slip with locking tuner.
What affect just 2 strings ; intonnation /sadles and/ or nut . But a complete set up is always a must in those case

That's absurd. Of course they can. There are several possibilities here that have nothing to do with setup.

I just answering at rkreisher post asking how many turns is tuner have; meaning string can slip without enough turn.

So my answer make sense don't you

Yes, they can. If you have Schaller locking tuners, you have to be sure the clamping ball gets a firm grip against the string. Takes a bit of experience, but then the string won't slip. Usually it's the high E string that's a bit tricky to get clamped properly. So the question "how many winds do you have on your locking tuners" is loaded.

Cheers

That is exactly my point. Most of my other questions in my post are pretty much basic common knowledge points as well. I just wanted to see if the OP knew what they were doing or forgot to do something when changing strings. Sometimes we forget something every once in a while.
