On a buy/sell site of my country I saw this beautiful 60ish mexican strat and a very good price (about 400 dollars,used but mint)
I was about to buy it when i found out a strange detail in the decal, its say "Deluxe Series"
The serial number is MZ6+ 6 digits (just like Classics 60 and as i cocern some Deluxe too)
The perlaoid pickguard(it could be normally changed) isnt as disconcerting as the fact that it hasnt golden hardware and the previously mentioned decal...

I want to say that it's a mongrel Strat. At first I was thinking that it may have been a Powerhouse, but (a) I don't recall it being offered in that color and (b) there is no battery compartment on the rear of the body. I also ruled it out as a Deluxe Super Strat (forerunner to the Deluxe Player) as it does not have the bridge pickup push-button, but the neck could have been from either one of these guitars.
