Well that's for you to decide. If you like the pickups, then keep them. For me personally, I already have 3 '50's style Strats with superior pickups so I would want to upgrade the pickups to something of a similar quality to what I already have.

The stock pickups may be fine in your ears, and if so, then by all means keep them.
