Im playing an artist series Eric Clapton Stat... Curently fooling around with a G Dec 30 (pretty fun!) Im ready for a "real" amp... I like to play blues and Rock and would like a good clean sound. There are many Fender choices that would work great. Im just interested in any or all opinions on this...
Thanks for the help

well, of the modern tube amps Fender makes, I'd recommend the $1350 Super Reverb.
it's not entirely practical in a small house (or a medium-size house...) or if you ever intend to move the amp after you put it down the first time :/
but it has some sweet fender cleans.
a smaller, cheaper, reasonably loud alternative would be a used $400 Hot Rod Deluxe or a Hot Rod DeVille, both have the sweet 6L6 clean tube sound going on and don't cost that much in comparison.

the Twin Reverb is the Clean God, but it's heavy, loud, and expensive, so...
great way to burn an extra $1300.

I'm operating from the viewpoint that your EC Strat was most of your allotted budget, of course ;]

If your budget is a problem and your not hung up on the Fender logo you may want to look at a Vox. I have a vintage `63 Fender Princeton, but I recently bought a Vox DA 15 to use with my Strat. It has many different affects build into it, and you can manually mix your own combination of any of the affects to create your own sound. It`s plenty amp for home use and for $ 140 it`s worth looking at.
