I would like to get my hands on a Olympic White color American Special Strat with all single coil pickups. Does this color exist for the American Special Strat or will it be offered soon in the future. Would be great to get that Hendrix kinda vibe and look.

Unfortunately this guitar is only offered in 2-colour sunburst and candy apple red, sorry.

This was available for a short time through Guitar Center, I know I have one. You can check with Guitar Center and see if they have any left or you will have to try Ebay.

I think you're also plan putting a left-handed neck and stick a set of CS '69s with reverse staggered pole-pieces to emulate those scorching single-coil tones that made Jimi famous.

That's a beaut, old style big headstock, some people didn't like that, but i did, first strat i bought had one of those headstocks.

As far as I know....GC had the HSS formatted American Special available in Oly White.
I nabbed this one QUICK!
I'm not too sure about the SSS format.....

Man, thats what I want. I like that hendrix woodstock kinda look, and the price not too shabby for a American Special Strat in an olympic white. I hope Fender will offer it in white again.

Get an American Standard with a rosewood neck and transform it into a Monterey Strat.



Jimi also used black Strats. Perhaps you wish having a maple-neck American Special in Black to match your Olympic White axe?

Im loving my American Special Strat and Hendrix is my main influence. Would love to get a hold of that White American Special Strat. I got the CAR one and loving it.
