Hey guys, is there any way to get a new COA if I have lost mine? It's not a custom shop I have, it's one of FSR strats.

I assume it would be much the same process as if the guitar were Custom Shop. Go to the shop where you bought it with proof of purchase. Get onto them about it and they'll chase one up from Fender for you.

I hope it is much easier getting a duplicate COA from Fender as it is a $@!&* trying to get a duplicate from Gibson. You would have to send the whole guitar and a copy of your recipt to Gibson. They will inspect the guitar and verify it. Then they will issue you a duplicate COA. You will have to play shipping both ways.
