Post subject: Knobs on 56 strat nos

I just got myself a 56 strat nos,all 3 knobs are marked TONE it's not marked volume on the volume knob,is this a mistake or is it something that got copied back from 1956 ? and how does this affect the value of the strat.....

It's obviously a mistake.

Buy yourself a volume knob and move on.

If you got it from a store return the tone knob and exchange for a volume, they pop right out.

sand the top flat and write volume on it! that adds your own touch to it :wink: or make a volume label with a label maker, that would look cool.
