Yeah I wasnt trippin lol i got it. But yeah I used to play jacksons with floyds. They had such thin tone. I started back on strats and man! The tone from this one is monsterous!

How about one of my favorites, The Ventures? Can they be considered a Fender band? I know they haven't always played Fenders, but they started out on Fender, switched to Mosrite for a few years in the mid-sixties, went back to Fender, and are now playing Wilson guitars.

Glad someone mentioned Status Quo,for some reason that has always escaped me they never made it big on this side of the pond.
My fave Fender bands were The Jimi Hendrix Experience and Band of Gypsies.
