The seller has good ratings. He may be a commercial vendor. It's not unusual to find them on Ebay. I would search that guitar on other known websites like Wildwood, Guitar Center, Dave's Guitars, Musician's Friend, etc. and get some comparative pricing.

That guitar looks good to go to me kid. I'd snap it up.
It's not a 52 reissue or anything like that. It's the new Studio model that doesn't have binding to the neck or body. Those P90 pickups are meant to sound great too.
Though you know it is in Texas. Aren't you in Australia?
Don't be fooled by the seemingly low dollar price. That is American Dollars that is worth about $773 Australian dollars. Just to make it a bit lower.
However you could well get hit by import taxes and customs duty before you ever get the guitar. Here in the UK you can in some circumstances add 40% to the price for importing.

That series of guitars seem to be selling for around $1200 AU in Oz.
