I bought this strat yesterday.It it has been on my want list for 5 years so yesterday I pulled the trigger on this new old stock copy made in 2003.

Thanks! I paid $550 for it. I know you can sometimes find them for less but you might have to wait a long time to find one. I have been looking for one on Ebay on and off for the past 6 years. The cheapest price I could have got one for was $499 but I didn't pull the trigger on that one(after watching the action for a week).That was a couple of years ago so when I saw this one in "Like New" condition for $550 I just pulled the trigger. I don't want to wait another 6 years.

Shell Pink is a lovely colour on a Fender. A Jaguar in that hue is also tres beaucoup hot. You just know she's gonna be a truly s**y lady if she wears Shell Pink.

COOL.....I have the same guitar. I'm always going to guitar stores to look at guitars. It's something I've done since I was a kid. I never seem to have money to purchase a guitar but I just like looking at them. One day I went to a guitar store and there were about 100 guitars in the store. One wall was all Fenders.....about 15 strats and when my eyes locked on to a shell pink strat, I smiled and knew I wanted to give it to my girlfriend as a gift. I knew before I played the guitar that it would be cool. So I had the guitar salesman plug it in for me and the guitar was just as I'd imagined. I purchased it for $600.00. This guitar always makes people smile. Ironically, my girlfriend never got around to learning guitar so I'm playing the guitar. I'm a blues guitar student so this guitar is perfect. I also purchased a classic Fender G&G Black Tolex Case with Black Plush interior for the guitar. I also found a vintage cover for the bridge. I'm not going to make any modifications to the guitar. I'm going to leave it stock Fender.
