Current Blacktop Strat uses a Floyd Rose locking trem. Completely different animal. It could be done with a lot of wood working, though. Probably not cheap either. Waste of time and money in my opinion.

The FR is cool bluesky636, but there is another Blacktop Strat model with a 2-1/16-inch spaced, 6 screw bridge (mount spacing and string spacing). Check the spacing of the Mex Std, they used to have 2-1/16 spacing, not sure if they changed by 2010. The Blacktop bridge should fit any Fender Strat that has the 2-1/16 spacing, 6 screw bridge.

The OP did not specify which Blacktop Strat bridge he was talking about and this is the only Blacktop Strat listed in the current Fender catalog, hence my answer.

My 2009 MIM Standard Strat has a 2 1/16" bridge. If it is the same on the 2010 MIM Standard Strat (Why would it be otherwise?), there would be no reason to swap bridges. Isn't the Blacktop made in Mexico? If so, the bridges are probably identical. The only useful thing would be to replace the zinc block (If that is still used and it is simple enough to check) with a steel block from GFS or Callaham. Still seems like a waste of time and money to swap bridges.

I agree, probably identical bridges as both are MIM. Yes, the block looks to be cast and I already have a Callaham block waiting to install at the first string change.

I prefer GFS but that's a whole other thread.
