Just got It the other day. This thing is very cool. Real strat sound and very smooth in the bridge pickup position. Played this next to alot of others and over the last 2 months kept going back to the hot rod. I also have a deluxe ash Tele, Believe me these 2 make a great pair. There both 2 tone burst..have fun Jim : 8)

I'm thinking of ordering one myself, I have an American Tele and I want to add a strat, my main questions: how do you like the neck? & Is the 'V' really that much different?
thanks,

It's the v shaped neck but it is softened and it is thicker than a c shaped, some say it feels like a baseball bat others say it's the best feeling guitar they have ever played. My Tele has a 52 u shaped neck and I love it. this is pretty close to the Tele neck. The more I play it the better I like it. Have fun
