Yep, I had it wired that way. The volume knob closest to the strings was always in the way. It has 2 volume knobs now and for the most part Its been working for me. It does seem that when I roll off the volume it looses alot of treble. Can anyone tell me if this could be avoided?? I could go to 1 volume and 1 tone if that would help. BT

Having the tone change....go darker...when you roll off the volume is typical for most guitars. You could do a search on "treble bleed circuit" to learn a simple way way to wire in a simple circuit to greatly reduce this effect.

You'll find that opinions vary on the subject, but I have one wired into my Strat and like it.
