Where do I find information on how many of a particular model strat were made?

I do not think you will be finding that info anywhere. That is the kind of proprietary information that a company does not release for everyone, including competitors, to see. There will be limited-run guitar models that will be advertised as being one of a certain number made, but on the whole you aren't going to see overall totals per year.

I figured that might be the case. I was just trying to see what if any how rare my particular strat was. When I picked it, it seemed that it was not a very popular model.
'American Standard HSS Sienna Sunburst Maple Neck'. My dealer of choice only had 3 availible. Other models were more abundant. So, I was hoping that it was somewhat rare.

That one might not be too rare - sure a beautiful guitar, and I would love to own one myself. If a dealer has three of them, probably not. Now, if there was only one available in a six-state radius, maybe then it would be a bit uncommon. Post some pics so we can enjoy your baby!

Gibson shipping figures seem to be widely available though.

I'm not quite sure how to post a picture, but as soon as I figure it out I'll do just that.
