Post subject: nickle sadles?

ok i ordered some sadles from callaham for my strat. it says "nickle" in one sentence just that word alone. that cant mean its pure nickle right? nickle plated steel? and the current (what much be machined) sadles on my 2007 american deluxe strat must be pure machine steel right?

Most likely that are plated nickel to give them a rust free shine. Steel saddles will rust over time.

Most of the Callaham bridge components I've used are stainless-steel.
