I wanna buy a Mexican Strat because I need a guitar to take my old ones place and this will be my first strat. I love american guitars but I need something more in my price range right now and I've been a month and a half without a gutar and I'm craving some jam time. the colors I'm trying to pick between are Lake Placid Blue or Sage Green? I'm on the fence about this and I want my choice to be one I'm happy with also if any of you have these colors let me know what you think

Seafoam Green

Well I'm going for a used standard I seem to be seeing a lot more of the LPB (sorry stole your abrv. xD) is the sage green harder to come by? And yes it does look really nice I don't feel I could go wrong with either color but I just wanna be sure ya know?

That is a really nice blue and it is nice but the green I was talking about is sage green I just used that color because it was the closet looking one below is the sage green

LPB is a medium metallic blue.

That looks like Daphne or Sonic Blue.

I own a LPB...but that Sage Green is awesome.

My fiancee' seems to think the sage green is ugly for some reason I gave her a "WHAT?!" look as I think its beautiful but Im kinda gonna be playing for her to and I want her to like it so I'm trying to get the colors I like to grow on her its just amazing how some peoples taste varies

They are great looking and yeah I like the sage and Im also on the fence about a 60th anni. midnight wine and it's ok people make mistakes its a lot of colors to be throwing around xD

Lake Placid Blue all the way. Great color and since the MIMs are not old style lacquer it will stay that color for a long time.
