I don't know exactly the problem. but have you researched the neck if it's strait or a little bended? or if the bridgesaddle on that string is maybe sett a little to low? and another thing is witch fret is it buzzing on, is that fret a little higher then the other frets?

Maybe check out this things :D

It's probably that your truss rod needs a minor tweak to re-set the proper neck relief. This is pretty common with a new instrument and nothing of any real concern.

If you are holding it up against a god light and place your eyes on the end of the body behind the bridge and look at the neck from that view you should be able to see if it's bended to the side. But yeah, I think theres anything wrong with the shape of the neck since it is brand new, a trus adjust will maybe do it. But don't turn the trusrod so much at once. don't break it. You may find a guide for it on the web somewhere, you will do fine.

But are the E string sett very low?

you can also use some tools a like ruler to see if it's bended backward or forward ;P

Before you go cranking on anything, read this to learn how to set your guitar up properly yourself, or take it to a good tech.

Another thing that no one else mentioned: Its good that you wipe the strings down after playing. But use a lint free cloth to do it. Sometimes a thread or piece of link will come off and wrap itself around the string. The lint has the nasty habit of making its way to either the bridge saddle or nut where it can deaden the string by getting stuck. It doesn't take a very big piece of lint to do this and it can be hard to see and remove.

There's no mystery here; it needs a setup. Bring it in for one, and it will be addressed. Wood moves, especially when weather changes. Drop the $60, and you'll be good until spring. This is the time to do it as it cools off.

Try the easiest of solutions before anything else. You said that you wipe the strings down after you play. Check that lint from the cloth didn't get stuck at the saddles or at the nut. It happens more easily on the new bent steel saddles than the block ones. It has happened to me before. I just run my finger from the top the bridge saddles on the string and you will see it if it's there if you look real close you will see if its lint. The smallest amount will make a string sound dead.

in strat, there are screws in the saddles which can make the string higher when scrowed counter-clockwise....i don't know if i change one then i should change the others, well, i got a different tone, so i guess i need to set up all the others....

Like it was previously stated, "first read the Fender setup guide". I would begin by installing new strings, tuning , and then check the neck for relief. Place a capo at the first fret and then fret the string about where the neck joins the body. Check to see how much clearance you have between the string and the fret at the sixth fret. If you have none, the neck is too straight. If you have the proper clearance there, you may need to raise the saddle adjustment slightly. If you have to adjust the truss rod make sure you turn it no more than 1/4 turn in the direction specified in the setup guide. If that doesn't solve the problem take it to an expert.
