I can't believe I am down to one strat from 4. All that is left is an Artic White Clapton. I thinned the rest of the herd to 4 Teles, Clapton Strat and 2 Martins. This is it for a while...so sad...

Didn't know you wanted or needed one. It was tough parting with the American Deluxe Ash, but we all have to make sacrifices...

Well, your doing good, but you still have way too many tele's. You should support your local forum guitar slingers and have your own drawing. Strictly for forum members only, if you get my drift. You don't even have to worry with shipping or anything like that, I'm sure the winner can take care of all the arrangements.

Sounds like a plan huh??? :D Just let us know when we can enter.

But I kept the ones I loved and play the most...I could never part with one of them..I thought of the Squier master series thinline, but Peter White autographed it and he is my wife's favorite player, so that one has to be a keeper. It sounds pretty cool though, it had semour designed humbuckers and I swapped them out for DiMarzio bluesbuckers. This axe can really scream for a cheap Squier...Was going to add a bigsby, but it looks so nice without one and why complicate things. I have a bigsby on one of the teles with Duncan hot rails. On the Esquire I put in an SCN and believe it or not is has this really mellow sound on the middle switch. It also has a lot more twang than any of the other teles at the lower position. There is a short in it, so I have to bring it in and see why there is that buzz. The lite ash..that is my baby...she is just so pretty...

From the tone of your post I can tell you're already missing some of your strat babes! So sad.

Sorry to hear you thinned the herd. I have considered this too, but it would only give me incentive to buy more to replace them. I tend to buy guitars occasionally as it is. If I got rid of some it would seem empty.
