I just want to know if these 2 are the same guitars (the serial numbers look the same).

The seller does say it is new but the ebay seller says it is used

Yep they look the same to me.
Described as new on tm but if it were where are the hang tags etc
The seller may have meant new condition.
A new guitar from a dealer should come with a guarantee and a buyer should ask that before laying any money down.
Not a bad price either way you look at it.. :D

Look similar, but one is "new" the other near mint condition...
