...once because I am having a hard time finding it for some reason. Am looking at what I am pretty sure is a deluxe but wanted to confirm it.

P.S. Just found it!

Click on the support tab at the top of the page. You should be able to find a link that says "Product Dating"

I would not use the guitar dater project site. Too many actual legit Strats come up as "not found". It seems that this site hasn't been updated for a few years. At first, any number that you put in would show as legit, even numbers that didn't actually exist, such as MN00000. Now, even many legit numbers show "not found".

Found my Strat on the page, but that was a Mexican from 2007/08.

But it should have been a website were you could register your serial number, and upload photos and updates/modifications around your guitars. Then you have like a nice way to keep the memories of your guitar or show it to your friends. And if you should sell it sometime, the new owner could just read the log of the guitar to quickly know how you used it and what changes/modifications you have done to it. Also things like when you bought it, and how many owners there have been. (Some tings you don't need to know, but always interesting to have the story of your guitar) :D

That would be cool. Possibly, the guitar dater project started with intentions like this, but didn't make it. For the vast majority of Fender guitars and amps, Fender would probably be the best source for info on the original.
